Why your photos would not line up
A zoom is built by finding the same scene in every photo you upload. When we cannot find it, we stop rather than render something wrong. Here is how to pick a set that works.
What makes a set that zooms
- Every photo shows the same subject.
- You stood in roughly the same place for all of them.
- Each photo frames a little more, or a little less, of the scene than the last.
- The subject appears in every shot and is sharp in each one.
What stops a zoom
- Photos of different places, or taken on different days.
- A large change of position between shots, so nothing overlaps.
- A subject that moved, or a scene that changed, between photos.
- A jump so big that the closest photo shares no detail with the widest.
What to try next
- Remove any photo that does not show the same subject as the others.
- Add a shot framed between your closest and your widest, so the two connect.
- Use photos from a single session, with the subject near the middle of each frame.
